Loretta has enjoyed working in the financial world for the last 30+ years, and still today has a true passion for ensuring that her clients benefit from a secure retirement.

Meet Carl E. Scroggins: Carl manages Scarpetti & Scroggins’ back-end operations and is the solution architect behind all retirement recommendations. Carl also prepares the annual tax returns for the majority of Scarpetti & Scroggins’ client base. When not sequestered behind his desk optimizing retirement plans/portfolios, Carl provides Scarpetti & Scroggins with the intel and research needed to keep compliant and successful in today’s ever changing financial marketplace.
