Loretta is Scarpetti & Scroggins’ co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Loretta is an Investment Advisor Representative, and holds her Series 65, Series 6, and Series 63, and has been in the insurance and investment industry since 1977. She is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Loretta has held Adjunct Faculty positions (teaching retirement planning classes) at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Community Technical College in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Carl Scroggins

Carl is Scarpetti & Scroggins’ co-founder and Chief Financial Officer. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Chartered Financial Consultant. Carl holds a degree in Accounting and two degrees in Estate Planning. Carl entered into the financial services industry in 1975 after graduating from Providence College. He has served as President of the Association of Life Underwriters in both New Hampshire and Vermont and has held Adjunct Faculty positions with American College (teaching business planning, estate planning and federal tax courses).

Deb Garand

Deb is a Director at Scarpetti & Scroggins’ and works closely with clients to find retirement solutions best suited for their needs.  In addition to her financial advisory duties, Deb is responsible for Scarpetti & Scroggins’ Marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of NH and has held senior level advisory, business development, and marketing positions for both commercial and Department of Defense organizations.
